About us
Made with Meraki.
What does Meraki mean?
Meraki is a word of Greek origin that refers to doing things with soul, with passion, with dedication and love, leaving a part of yourself in every detail and in the result.
That is exactly what we want to convey in every pizza we make, drawing inspiration from our name to work every single day.
We don't believe in shortcuts or in ingredients chosen out of convenience. We believe in dedicating time to a good dough, in selecting fresh products from the local market, and in caring for every preparation as if it were for ourselves. In short, quality pizzas where we pay attention to every detail to offer a product we can be proud of.
What sets us apart?
- Sourdough made in our own kitchens with Italian flour and extra virgin olive oil; we let it ferment for at least 72 hours, hand-stretched by our master pizza makers. Crafted with dedication to achieve a light, flavour-packed base that is easy to digest. At no extra cost.
- Fresh, natural ingredients selected at the local market. No frozen ingredients to boost the flavour. Cut especially for each order.
- 100% mozzarella, with lactose-free and vegan options. Specially selected for their high fat content, which gives an unmatched flavour.
- Baked to order. Every pizza is prepared on demand to guarantee the best experience. We use human-supervised stone ovens, with no conveyors or chains, so the bake is natural and can be chosen by each customer.
What is our commitment?
We believe a great pizza is born from the small details. That is why we take the same care in choosing an ingredient as in serving every order. Because doing things with Meraki is not just our name; it is our way of working.
Innovation with identity
At Meraki we are passionate about innovating without losing the essence of a good pizza. We seek to create original, balanced combinations that surprise from the very first bite and turn unusual ingredients into memorable recipes.
That is how creations like El Arenal are born, a pizza inspired by our roots that pays tribute both to the emblematic Seville neighbourhood and to the Dos Hermanas district of the same name, combining suckling pig, bacon and our house-made spicy mojo picón for a unique flavour.
Every new pizza is born after countless trials, making sure each ingredient brings balance and personality to the whole.
Made in-house
Whenever possible, we choose to make the products that are part of our recipes ourselves.
We prepare sauces such as aioli, mojo picón or our carbonara sauce by hand, among other in-house preparations, because we believe the difference lies in the small details.
That commitment lets us control the quality of every ingredient, achieve authentic flavours and offer pizzas with a personality that sets us apart.
Because a good pizza is not only cooked. It is made with Meraki.
A space with Mediterranean essence
At Meraki we believe the experience begins long before the first bite. That is why we have designed a space where every detail reflects our way of understanding gastronomy: warm, careful and full of personality.
Our corporate blue is the thread running through an elegant, bright and timeless atmosphere, inspired by the essence of the Mediterranean. White tones, natural textures and the presence of lemon and olive trees evoke the calm, freshness and authenticity we want to convey with every visit.
The same identity is reflected in our team. Our uniform, made up of navy blue trousers, a blue-striped shirt and a scarf knotted at the neck, gives a polished, modern image that is consistent with the Meraki style.
Every corner of our shop has been conceived so that, as you walk through the door, you sense that Meraki is not just a place to enjoy a pizza, but a space created with the same care, dedication and passion that gives meaning to our name. Because our artisan pizzas and our warm space will take you back to the origin.
